I don't think Titanium will turn you green. However, it can still cause you to have a allergic reaction, which is probably very very rare. Personally, I can't wear gold, especially the expensive stuff, I can wear cheap gold longer, but it all turns me green…

These are very intricate processes. A family friend experimented with stone for several years until he mastered the coloring techniques. This is a patented process.
Basically, you build knock down or re-useable forms.
Mix the concrete mix. Fibercrete would be the one to use as the fiberglass strands would hold the mix together better.
Coloring would be done in the mix. Adding the colors at the last of the mix, stirring them in to create the streaks found in real stone.
I think that the process is not cost effective for even a large project. If you are going into the business of making them commercially, you need to work with making the product before attempting it on your own.

I think I need more information to completely answer your question. But I'll try to provide some guidance….
The depth of your trench is dependant on where you are, you should have the pipe below the frost level to keep it from freezing in the wintertime (which could cause it to burst).
You might want to check your local codes to see how much rock is required around the pipe (if it's dictated at all). If there is no code, I'd recommend a minimum coverage equivalent to the pipe diameter on all sides, so for an 8" pipe, your trench should allow for 24" (8" rock, 8" pipe, 8" rock). This is a minimum, if you can do more, it would be better. Also, encapsulate the rock with a geo-textile to keep it clean. Without this the soil will eventually infiltrate into the voids of the rock causing settling and reducing the permeability of the rock bed. Simply lay the fabric in the trench with the sides spread out, fill with rock, pipe, more rock, then fold the sides over the top before back filling.
As far as quantity, determine you volume by mulitplying the depth (ft) by the width (ft) by the length (ft) to determine the cubic feet. This is what you need when you order the stone (if they want it in cubic yards, divide your number by 27). They should be able to covert it to tons based on the stone you are buying, there is no constant conversion since different stones have varying densities, dependant on both material type and stone size/grading.

The ring may fit more snugly than others you've worn in the past. Also, I'm betting you took those other rings off periodically, where as you're probably leaving your wedding band on all or most of the time.
The best solutions would be to take your ring off when you wash & dry your hands to make sure it's dry underneath. Also, try to make sure chemicals don't get on your hands and if they do, wash your hands as soon as possible after handling them. Also, take your ring off at night when you're home to let the skin breathe. Also, apply hydrocortisone cream at night before going to bed.
If the above suggestions don't work, try talking to your doctor; you may have some sort of skin condition that's being aggrivated by you wearing a ring often.
